July I lost my job a...

July I lost my job and asked one of the consultant Nomakula and Jolene to cancel my account since am no longer working and no longer having any income....I didn't get any responses from both of them and also emailed Verneline the lady who called me to accept the mandate to now stop the mandate since am no longer having any income but that didn't happen.....so now am getting the debit order of R16059.00 from my account and it really frustrating me and I really want my refund
