**Infinite Debt Solutions - Unacceptable Delay in Issuing Clearance Certificate**

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Infinite Debt Solutions.

I submitted all my paid-up letters and supporting documents for my debt review clearance certificate more than 17 business days ago. Despite numerous follow-up emails, I have still not received my clearance certificate or a clear explanation for the delay.

My understanding is that, under Section 71 of the National Credit Act, a debt counsellor is required to process and issue a clearance certificate within the prescribed timeframe once all obligations have been met. Instead, I was informed that the process could take up to 3 months, which appears unreasonable considering all required documentation has already been submitted.

What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication. Emails to both Simone and Nosi have either gone unanswered or resulted in vague responses with no meaningful update on the status of my certificate.

After successfully completing my debt review obligations, I expected professional service, timely processing, and regular communication. Instead, I have been left chasing updates and wondering when my matter will finally be resolved.

I am posting this review in the hope that management will investigate this matter urgently, provide a proper update, and issue my clearance certificate without any further delay.
