INFINITE DEBT SOLUTIONS ********.

Sometime late October I was contacted by an agent with the name Ragiq from Infinite Debt Solutions claiming that they could help reduce my monthly loan payments. In order for them to see weather I qualify he asked me to send him my bank statement and payslip weather new or old which I did. During this interaction I never agreed to anything but only for them to do a credit check. Awhile later he gets back to me telling me they could reduce my account payments to R8360.00 which I giggled at because my rent alone costs R6250.00 excluding water & electricity how will i be ableto afford that. Not once did I agree to any terms and conditions I never even received documents from them to read through but now comes the 25th November my salary gets paid in and won't these people debit R8410.09 from my account. Since Ragiq sent me a message via WhatsApp I sent him a message asking him why they took my money to my surprise he was under the impression that I had agreed to his agreement which I refused to agree upon so his words were and I quote " LET ME TELL MY ADMIN OFFICE TO TERMINATE YOUR FILE AND REFUND YOUR MONEY SIR". Worst part is they put some kind of locking debit that my bank can't even reverse the funds back into my account. So from the 25th of November and today is the 2nd of December my money hasn't been refunded as promised. I didn't pay rent , didn't pay school fees nor am I able to buy groceries accounts have not been paid thanks to INFINITE DEBT SOLUTIONS for turning my life upside down what ******** they are Ragiq doesn't even respond to my messages and everything I call them I always get told someone will call you back before end of the day mxm.
