Infinite debt solutions don’t give a damn about saving you money.
They called me repeatedly for days until I eventually picked up. Was told this amazing story of how my monthly debt repayment would be half and that in 8months time I would be debt free. So I said yes. Not once did they mention debt review. 2 days after saying yes I cancelled the debt review and paid the R310 cancellation fee. That was over a month ago and I have yet to receive the form from them stating that I am not under debt review. Now my credit card has been blocked and I can’t apply for credit anywhere. I have contacted them numerous times. Always the same answer. Someone will be in contact shortly. Never hear from them. I am going to report you to the national credit regulator if I don’t receive my form and if you haven’t sent the form to my bank Bly close of today.

I spoke to Shanice yesterday who told me that i had to send my latest payslip and list of monthly expenses in order for them to do the form. Why was this not communicated to me once during the last month after cancelling the debt review process. Now i am unable to use my credit card and can't get a loan anywhere. really unprofessional service. Can you please expedite the drafting of my form and email it to me, my bank (ABSA) as well as any credit buro's that you've told that I'm under debt review so that i can use my card and apply for financing again.
