Infinite debit solution is just a **** and they're consultant is very rude

My name is Sibongile Thandi Mokwana ID ***. On March this year I received a call from Infinite debit solution they offered to assist me with my debts.i agreed,we agreed that they will pay everything including my phone which I took from pay joy ,right this was my first month to pay from them,from 25 Lewis is bouncing in my bank account there's no money one of my debits debited from my account on top of paying Infinite R2617 on Saturday I had to pay my phone now I sent them a receipts that I paid my phone since they didn't pay it, they're now telling me that they don't pay my phone I must pay it on my own,I said to them then this it's too much for me I can't pay the amount am paying and also pay other things aside am only getting R7200 so if I must pay R2617 and other amount it's a lot for me, they sent me a list on they what's app of the things am paying now they're showing me accounts that I've paid off the list we agreed they say it's not the one am paying...please help me I need my money to pay my account ,I asked them to cancel and refund me my money the lady was assisting me said they will never refund me
