INDINATE DEBT SOLUTIONS IS A ****!!!

I was approached by IDS about 4 years ago. I was made on offer on my debt that suited my pocket. I had to pay R6182 for 42 months and i would then be debt free. I never even once received an invoice for 42 months , this did not worry me too much as nobody was phoning me for outstanding debt. After the 42 months I phoned IDS and enquired why they are still deducting money from my account , they rep**** that I still owe a lot of money ( not much less than 42 months ago) I requested someone from management to assist me , I was told that they will get a manager to phone me. I have now paid another 3 months (R20 000) and made around 40 phone calls! I either get cut off after the lady at reception hears my query or get promised a call beck. Each time I call I hear that the previous person that I spoke to does not work there anymore. The latest "agent" who gave her name as "Nadine" promised that she would assist me and phone my back later the day ........ just like all the other times nobody bothered to call me. I have now paid around R300 000 and my debt is still where it was before they "helped" me. It seems that they paid only the interest on my accounts and pocketed the rest of my money. I am now forced to change my banc acc after 20 years as this seems to be the only way to stop these people. I know that I am still going to be liable for this debt , but I am writing this review to warn other people to stay far away from INFINATE DEBT SOLUTIONS.
