IDS, you will never get away with this

I would like to comment the consulted and the manager who convinced me to take this route, while I was at work, convincing me why I needed their help whereas they needed mine to pay their salaries.

I, unfortunately, bought into the idea, 2 years instead of 5, lower installments, the works. Less that 5 days later, I called and told them I’m no longer interested. I want everything canceled before anything. I was told there is no cancellation department. I was transferred to another department and they never answered.

I proceeded to call them everyday, the lady who would answer would transfer my calls without answering. I sent emails and I called, I only got one response and that was “please send us your ID” number. It has been silence since then.

On my a payday, my loan went off as well as IDS installment even though I asked to cancel everything. They to took R2100 from me, my loan takes R2100 from me. It just goes to show that I don’t need them.

I’ve handed them over to my lawyers. After all the reviews I’ve read, people going through the same situation, people wanting to pull out, all the complaints, the company will definitely close down, in fact it’s my wish.
