IDS is extremely bad!

I only gave them the 1 star because it is required to write a review.

Agreeing to register as their client was the worst decision of my life and it's really heartbreaking how they have made my life more stressful than I imagined it would be once all my debts were settled.

They won't pick up calls, reply to emails, acknowledge receipt of documents, update your debt record, or even bother to follow through with initial terms of debt review. If I had the power, I would have them shut down and save a lot of people.from.pain and trauma.
