Firstly - booking process was painless- had a reference number and booking 20 minutes from the first message ( whatsapp line is actually manned ) ALTA from the CapeTown branch. Man what a champ. Had my appointment on a Monday. Gave my situation one look and suggested a solution that in the long run would save me a fortune as well as solve the problem. Monday the paperwork was submitted and the pawpaw started hitting all manners of fans. Where the true 5th star comes in is that it has been a complete hand holding exercise every step of the way. Messages sent nearly every day to help remind you of statuses and progress on matter and what to do in the event of unhappy creditors harassing you - reminders that their team is handling things and then just a real treat - direct personal contact. I never spoke to a machine, I always got help and all responses were fast and efficient. Long and short. I have never had a more pleasant experience from any financial services in my life.
