****ed off and unhappy client😡😬

Hi guys I'm currently having bad experience with Infinite Debt Solutions just today they started making small portions to my creditors. I am the kind of person who always follow-up on all my creditors, first they ******* me in joining them and started deducting an amount of almost R2000, I did assist with little I had on the side to speed the process of being removed from Debt Review to my surprise I contacted one my creditors to my realization they only paying R700 even though they deducting almost R2000 & I am still on arrears with that specific creditor. I have been on the phone with them for almost two to three weeks requesting cancellation letter finally today I got it, went to my Bank the cancellation letter seemed useless as they blocked my bank from stopping or cancelling future deductions as I have negotiated for myself to my creditor, now no one is coming back to me for the way forward as my bank told me to contact them again, what can a person do in this regard if Bank cannot even assist us as their clients?
