Double deductions

On 6 April 2023, ten months ago, I asked Zaahira at Infinite to look into one of my accounts that had a double deduction continuously every month, but she never came back to me. I spoke to Yumna Rylands today 6 Feb 2024, and she said that she will sort it out, it should never have happened. Thank you Yumna
