Dissatisfied experience

I have struggled for over a year for someone to get back to me, a girl by the name if Bianca called me and sold me on a debt consolidation assist, once i received the documents i. Realised that i was mistaken and I immediately called and emailed them back to cancel the whole process, mind you some arrogant rude person called me back demanding that i get an affidavit from the police station declaring my income and expenses which i still did. So typically if you as an individual applies consciously for debt review you are allowed 7 business days to withdraw your application. I cancelled the exact same day and no one to date has called me back, i go for a job interview and they've now come back to me stating that my name has a flag listing of debt review, so not only did this messed up excuse for supposed debt counselors defy the law by going to get a magistrate to list my details under debt Review, they did it without my consent. And i have been struggling over a year with this people to clear my name
