Disgusted with the *********** debt review company Infinite Debt Solutions

I placed myself under debt review with Debt Out but at the same time I was exploring other options that will be more convenient and with a lesser term. At the time of consultation, Debt Out submitted all the necessary documentation the very same day upon completion, the only thing they couldn’t confirm was the term at that point. That’s where Infinite Debt Solutions comes in. They contacted me on the 24 August 2022 and we had gone through my credentials, when I asked what the term will be, the lady responded by saying 2 years. I was more enthusiastic with the term and the monthly amount they quoted me on which was R4900 in comparison to Debt Out that quoted me R6000. I never heard nor received any form of communication from Infinite Debt Solutions since the day I received a call from them. Hence, I messaged them on whatsapp (see attached screenshot) with no reply. I sent them emails which was read but not bothered to reply. I took it upon myself to call the whatsapp number when my call was answered after numerous attempts to which the consultant asked to call me back and she did. I told her that I’m no longer interested in their services and that I’m sticking to Debt Out that promptly responds to my requests and whatsapp messages, they are very professional and have submitted all documentation needed and my creditors have been notified by Debt Out. I couldn’t get a proper response from the consultant and rather refused to cancel and stated that the processes have been put into motion. It is then that I asked where the proof or the documentation is to substantiate what I’m being told of which she rep**** by saying that I will only be getting confirmation sms’s the day before the debit order goes off. That to me was utter nonsense because in all the years, that is not how it works. You are supp**** with the information the very day you enter into agreement with an institution. I asked about the term again of which the consultant rep**** by saying 5-6 years. I was completely taken aback and argued that this is not what the first consultant advised and she asked what I was told and I said the lady on the first day told me that it will only take 2 years and that is why I was so eager to join IDS. The consultant went on trying to convince me that the process is in motion but I demanded the cancelation but to no avail.
