Disgraceful and disingenuous unprofessional and disgusting service

This must be the worst disgusting service provider i have ever associated myself with, they send me the paperwork to sign for debt review and they were all nice and pretentious. According to the contract they were supposed to send debit orders cancellation notice to the bank but they failed to do so, and the bank debited my account and they also debited my account, which means I was debited twice for the same credit account.

I tried to call them, they ignore my calls, my emails and my whatsApp messages, my account is sitting on a negative balance because of their incompetence. I regret being associated with this company, it is the worst ever. I am going to escalate this matter with my bank and the ambudsman and NCR for gross misconduct and *****.
