Debt review delaying to cancell contract within the 60 days window period given

The company have *****ulently taken out funeral cover for me. I have never received a copy of my contract even after requesting for it numerous times. The agent failed to explain the implications of debt review. She failed to disclose most of material facts. She misrepresented me by making me believe that I'm signing for debt review only to find out that I was also signing up for a funeral cover. I have contacted them several time but they do not respond to my emails. I requested them to cancel the application process and requested for cancelation letter and gave them my reasons for withdrawal. When I make follow up, they don't reply. I'm afraid that the company is delaying to do the cancelation and if the 60 business day lapse, I won't be able to do anything with the contract. I'm also afraid that these people might change the content of the contract. I don't wish to continue with them. All their emails and smses disappeared from my phone. I suspect this company is a ****. Things they doing are dodgee, I do not wish to continue using their service.
