Cancellation

I need assistance with cancellation, I spoke to the lady by the name of Nomakula on the 09th of May I forwarded everything she requested which she didn't even bother to respond to say she got my documents or not, I had to call back and ask if my documents were received she was even rude. still today I haven't received any communication I called today in the morning and they kipped on transferring to the machine I even told the reception lady that one picks up " the is nothing I can do than to transfer you". can I get some assistance with the clearance please my life is on stand still because of all this
