Bully tactics to push sales and Breath of Privacy

I got a unsolicited call from an agent. POPIA Act breaths right there. They started login into a system with my ID Number and start telling me all my debt. I got an SMS not on my name but my dads. This is very suspicious. I stopped them as if I have issues of paying to much I will speak to my bank.

Just the fact that people vae access to my details this easy without actually my giving them the authority is very alarming. I did not say yes I give you permission to open my ITC systems.

Bully tactics to try close sales is a sickness in South Africa and need to be addressed.
