Breech of POPIA

A representative from IDS phoned me without me requesting them to contact me. They had all my personal information available, without me giving explicit permission for them to have access to the information - this is in breech of the POPIA.

The representative did not accept the fact that I did not want to do business with them and was very rude.

I am now worried that they could flag my record as being under debt review - which I am not.
