Bad service,no protection of assets eventually leading creditors collecting their assets

In 2022 April, I was contacted by IDS agent, they lured me with the promise to help reduce interest. Although I was struggling, my monthly installments were up to date. Then the next day they said the creditors approved the proposal that I can pay R8072.63 from R13803 with monthly saving of 45.66%. then in may they debited R8072.63 for 3months then in July 2022, MFC started contacting me with an arrears of R18000, then I contacted James the senior agent with no success and then I contacted their office where they promised me that everything will be sorted out, they are still busy with lawyers. Then in August after they took another R8072.63, MFC called me again saying IDS does not respond to calls and emails, and that they are coming to collect my car and the vw finances also called and standard bank home loan also called. I had to borrow money from loansharks, friends and family to save both my assets. I want my money back because what was promised never happen. It was disclosed to me that I wil be under debt review, most info was asked to trap me
