Bad customer service

Good day

I recieved a call from one of the sales agents to join this debt solution company and at that time I was preoccupied as I was at work, initially I had agreed to the contract but as soon as I got home I realized that this was not for me

I contacted the company within 24 hours and was cross questioned about why I wanted to cancel (almost being force to stay) and was told I was already listed as under debt review on the credit bureau

The legal department had contacted me about the cancelation and I was told I had to pay an amount of R350 in order to cancel the agreement of which I did

I have tried contacting the legal department endlessly to obtain a copy of my cancelation letter only be told that would have to wait for the cancelation department to call me, which has no turn around time

Agents assisting were not helpful Can I please get help
