Avoid at all cost

This process was meant to help me but it's fast becoming the worst decision I made in the pursuit of a better financial standing. They tell you just enough to think they'll help and once you're in; your money disappears, your creditors are not getting paid. You get double debited leaving your other debit orders bouncing with bank charges and late penalties. Meanwhile while you're trying to get them to solve their mistakes, they start acting like you're a nuisance and they're doing you a favor. Whereby before signing on, you'd get a response for your text within 5 minutes and multiple calls to clarify. After the fact, you'd be lucky to get any1 to get back to you. And by then there's nothing you can do cause you're stuck in a contract and they're very quick to remind you of this.
