ABUSE of Personal information

I received an sms 13th May 2025. Stating that I, Faieka Samsodien, ID details , gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-05-13. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Infinite Debt Solutions. I never gave it.... Then immediately my phone rings and it's them. The lady whom I spoke to says it's strange that my ID is being used. When I asked them to investigate I am, still waiting. They don't call back.
