Abuse of personal information

I received a call this morning asking to assist me with my debts. I advised the consultant that I am currently in negotiations with my credit providers to reduce my interest rates. Then all of a sudden I get a msg stating that I, gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-02-24. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Infinite Debt Solutions. Which I did not. This sounds rather ******* and abuse of my personal information.
