I'm not happy with the service that I have received from them. I went under debt review because I felt I could not afford my debts but I was not in arrears ( I can provide proof of this) Money is deducted from my account every month on the 20th and i get a statement stating that my debts are paid but it turns out that it's not true . I send communication to my debt counsellor because capitec send me a notice of termination because they were not being paid . There was no response from her . I'm currently in arrears of 8000 with capitec . I called them and requested a number for the complaints department the lady said she will transfer me because they do not have a direct line . I'm still waiting to be transferred after 3 calls. My debt counsellor is not responding to my whatsaaps.
