Bad service and treatment
I'd like to report a bad service and treatment that I have experienced with INFINITE AUTO POTCHEFSTROOM First of all I was sold a car with major defect which was not disclosed to me. I then took it upon myself to take the car for testing in one of the testing stations in Sandton where the defects of R94000 were discovered. Upon informing the dealership about this revelations they then took in the car to repair it and provided me with a courtesy car. I stayed two months without a car however installments for those two months were deducted. Their sales person Wonga Mbombo is *********** and treat customers bad. I fail to understand how the guy got the job if he can't even get one thing right. I suffered loss and emotionally abuse under this dealership due to the treatment they gave through out. They are not reliable and honest. I urge anyone who wants to buy a car not to go to that dealership because most of their cars are not road worthy. It is like buying a cofin for yourself. They then got me a car after two months of suffering. The deal was they are going to give me a cash back of R12000 spread across 10 months until March 2026. I haven't got my cash back till today and I was also promised by the dealership to get a refund of R15000 which was deducted for two while I stayed without a car. I haven't received that refund till today. The owner of the company Mr Joe has done nothing about it. I sent countless messages to him and Wonga but no one has ever responded to me with a clear and honest answer instead I was given empty promises! I wish I never met these guys because today I'm still busy recovering from the bad treatment they gave me. I want my money back and I will stop at nothing to get it. I have all the proof on emails where they made promises to pay me and I'm intending to go the legal route if they don't pay me. I'm tired of this because I have given them enough chance since July to make things right! I will also contact Mr XRepo if that's the last thing I would do and go to Ntate Thuso at Lesedi FM!
