Bad Customer service

I recently bought a garment online on Infin8ti the garment took long to be delivered and I needed it for a function. After numerous calls trying to locate my order I cancelled my order and we agreed that I would be refunded. I was promissed to be refunded on the 25th October nothing happened. The date changed to the 1st November still nothing happened. I called their land line and emailed no response.
