VERY dissapointed Customer

I have my hair done at Inferno2 Hairstudio George, and eventually, after years, I discovered that they charge you for a package deal even though you do not want to have the full package done ie tint, cut and blow dry. I feel that they should be open about it and discuss this beforehand and not after the fact. I was in a hurry one day and couldn't stay for the blow dry or cut and they insited on me paying for it.

Two weeks later I went back for my regular tint, blow dry and cut and they were too busy and did not have time to cut my hair, but they still charged me for it.

It seems that they are making up these rules as they go along. All I want is transparency. I raised my opinion about it and they just insisted that that is how they conduct their business. As I have been a loyal customer for years I expected some customer service from them.
