Unfair treatment Infamiss I need my refund , I’m goin through Fani coal constrain

I placed an order Infamiss retail based at Sandton I wanted to buy dinner set and cutlery. On the 19th of april I remember asking them can they deliver during instead they told me they have permit max is 3days . Till today I haven’t receive goods nor refund instead I got threats from them that they gonna sue me wen I posted on their face book page of their poor service that I have received . Please help
