COMPUTER PROGRAM PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED

In May of 2015 I requested Mr. Leon Botha of Innessoft to write me a computer program that can be used for my business.<br> Mr. Botha compiled an agreement that required a deposit before he would start with the program. This deposit was electronically paid into the bank account given by him and then the long wait started.<br> By July 2015 I became itchy because in my opinion it cannot take that long to write an exel based program that takes certain info from a spreadsheet and build another spreadsheet with that info.<br> Mr. Botha started setting up dates for meetings but every time when the date arrive he postpone for no valid reason. <br> On 28 August I requested him to submit an address where I can come and see him to collect what ever he was finished with, but no address were given. His website gives an address in Newton Park but upon visiting the site there were nobody available.<br> In September 2015 he offered to place the info on his server for download, [URL Removed] but the download never completed and was gone the next day. My request was that he save the info on a memory stick but he was not prepared to do it. <br> He also refused to repay my deposit when requested to do so.
