Other hotels and lodges should look out for this team of Inelek of owner Chris Esterhuizen who does not pay his account for management staff and workers that stayed at our establishment in January 2017. Discount was given for prepayment and although 2 payments were received and prices were agreed upon with formal quotation given, he now says he will not pay the last invoice.
This team returned to this hotel in January 2017 after they also stayed in November and December 2016 per their own choice and because the workers thanked everyone at the hotel for excellent service and food . Now Chris Esterhuizen refuses to pay his last account!!!!
He is rude and uncooperating and no hotel or accommodation establishment staff need to take such bad behaviour from a customer!!! ( Staff and his own daughter that offered excuses for her fathers bad behaviour - that stayed were excellent and were a pleasure to have)
