Would love to give them zero stars but theres no option , so I bought two boxes of hair dye to touch up my current one , I bought the passion plum . Upon applying it the dye looked darker but I didn't think much of it . Only to wash it out and my hair went black. My money spent at the hair salon went down the drain . Please can something be done about this as I am utterly disgusted by this and outraged . I have pictures as reference if needed
