Dyed Hair Inecto Burgundy Ended Up With Black

I have been looking for an alternative to chemical dye. So I was extremely glad to have seen this product on the shelf. <br> Last Saturday(9/05/2015) I purchased an Inecto Burgandy (Henna and Hibiscus) hair dye from Clicks on Kerk Street in Johannesburg CBD. My hair professional followed process on the box, however, my hair turned out PITCH BLACK. I'll like to point out that my hair prior to the dying was a dull wine and therefore I was hoping for at least a brighter version of my hair colour. <br> A quick search on the internet shows I am not the only one to have experience this.
