Disguisted customer

bought perfect black hair dye last year (2018) October my ears , neck and scalp was burned and I only had the product on for 20+ minutes contacted inecto and they asked me for pictures of the box , batch number , expiry date and my burns I sent all the pictures and they said that they would get back to me cos they have to consult with their experts fast forward to feb 2019 I had to post on their wall in order to get their attention , two days later I was called and told its a allergic reaction it cannot be the product I have been using Inecto for years how can I be allergic to it no only and then the lady has the nerve to say its a chemical in the dye but when I used a different brand never ever have I ever experienced what I did with inecto customer service is pathetic I had chemical burns and dermatitis because of this brand and no joy from any of their staff members
