Customer complaint

I have erected a carport in September 2015,since then had run around in pursuing varsan to get leaks sorted,after numerous attempts and empty promises,I eventually told him I was going to hand over to hellopeter,only then did he repair after a month,although the leaks are slightly visible,,but on 16/12/15,I told him that carport exceeds my neighbours boundary and they are currently under building construction which is delaying operations! Varsan said he will sort out on 17/12/15, when I contacted him on numerous occasions, he said business closed for holidays,but that was a lie because he was found working in other areas and when I contacted him 21/12/15,he said very busy,working till 24/12/15 and told why you being dishonest and finally told him that you now have forced me to take action in going to hello peter,he said don't threaten him! Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated! Kind regard...Selvin
