Industrial Vacuums and Sweepers Worst Supply Nightmare

<p>This is by far the worst experience my company has had. We are a procurement company, supplying mines across Africa. And we used Clive (the owner of this company) to supply our first order for industrial warehouse Sweepers. We paid for the product upfront, and when the product was delivered (Lavor, they are the agents for this Italian brand), the product came damaged and with shocking after market parts fitted. We notified Clive (the owner) right away, and he said he would swap the machine for a new one in 8 weeks, we said unfortunately this is an urgent request from our client thus we cannot wait for a new machine (as we should of received one in the first place, as that is what we ordered and paid for. therefore our company made another plan, from a legitimate supplier. Now this compant refuses to refund our money and says the only option they will give us is to replace the damaged parts for us (which arrived damaged, a door hinge is used on the machine to replace the original hinge), now we are going to be stuck with a second hand machine, which we cannot sell, as we are an honest business and wont try forward our problem that Clive has made for us onto our clients, as we cherish our clients and take business seriously. </p> <p>We would just like to warn further companies to beware of Indvac and Clive, as they try swindle and try get away with dodgey business practise, and basically take the attitude of - if you dont like it take me to court. The total they owe us is R64,000.00 and we doubt we will see that money or repaired machine again (as he collected the machine to pay the refund and then changed ideas after collecting the machine). </p>
