IWS in Mthatha ****med me

I hired a rammer on Thursday in Mthatha Industrial Welding Supplies and Plant hire. I returned it on Saturday only to find their store closed, my husband phone to inform them that we were outside returning the machine , we were told that Sundays are not charged for therefore we shouldn’t worry. We then took it back on Monday and on the refund slip four days were deducted instead of 2 days. They are basically refusing to give me back what is actually due to me. I spoke to a guy called Ross and he told me that he will talk to James in Mthatha to give me the full refund for the weekend but the lady in Mthatha says Ross is refusing to give me back all the amount due to me. I feel ****med.
