Peeling Product

In March 2016 my roof was coated by Industrial Polyurethane Coatings (Pty) Ltd. I received a 10 year guarantee. Less than 8 months later the product started lifting and peeling. Contacted the CEO, promises to repair, waited on three different occasions - no one showed up.
