Excellent and friendly service

Excellent and friendly service. I ordered four products, amongst which was a Pulse Oximeter, which promptly arrived. The Oximeter was faulty and would not give any reading, nor would it switch off automatically. I contacted LedTronix to inform them, and the item was replaced free of charge. The other articles all comp**** with the relevant descriptions on their website.
