After Speaking to Sammy, we paid the full amount of R 14 474.00 to come and repair our roller doors on 17 September 25. Did not hear a word from them again, as they had to procure certain parts for the job. Sent emails to them on Friday 17 October as to where we are in this process as it is now urgent to do this job. We were informed they were in a car accident and that they can come on Monday 20 October to do the repair. Nobody arrived on Monday and we then demanded our money back. Now the story is they have to speak to a supplier to get the money back before they can refund us. Clearly this is a **** and they are just fleecing everybody for money. It does not help to phone them, as they do not answer their phones. It appears that a Adel Patricia Lubbe, ID *** is the owner of the company, as the money had to be paid into her Discovery Bank Account.
