Coffee served with disgrace
Kitchen filthy.Roaches everywhere. Unhygienic handling of food. Managers and owners excempt from COVID regulations.Employment of minors allowed to sell alcohol. Perhaps try selling second hand cars instead?

It has been brought to our attention that the above complaint relates to a trainee that recently began training at our store. According to our team we decided to bring her and her boyfriend onto the team for a training period, during this time we monitor our trainees to see if they are the right fit and if they deliver a certain work ethic as we require the right attitude so our customers get the very best experience. Our management team ran into a few issues which led to her and her boyfriend leaving without informing management.
I could list all the issues we identified during the 48 hours she was a trainee at Industrial Coffee Works but that will not be constructive.
With regards to all the claims made above our team has decided that they are not valid as they are being used to attack our business and not uttered in good faith, we also know that you might not have been told the full story so this is understandable.
We only found out that she had not told us the truth regarding her age from this complaint. Thank you for informing us as lying to get a job can be considered *****.
We would love to discuss everything that happened so that we can clarify our position and why things happened in the way they did, please send me an email - ***
