Indumentos online shopping

Good afternoon all, I've bought a pair of Replay Willard sneakers black size 8 for R1800.00 online at Indumentos online fashion shop, what happened is that the courier guy from Amarex courier company delivered the package that was Named and addressed to me and I signed the acknowledgement of receipt and took the package opened it and discovered that the sneakers inside the package were not the sneakers that I've ordered and paid for, it was a pair of Converse all Star black size 8½ ,I immediately went on their website and try to complain about the shoes that I've received and see how best can we correct the error, it is now two weeks since I've written my 8th email complaining and trying to communicate with them but without any success and there is no other means of communication except the email that is being left on their website ***, I have proof of purchase and payment, if there is any one out there who can help to get hold of this people and I also managed to get the courier company and to try find out what happened to my package and they gave me the same email address that I've shared with you.
