Bad customer service

e purchased a dining table at Russells Broadwalk (I think trading as Russells Durban West ) for +/- R12000.

The table is damaged it has white colors and the chairs too, the paint is coming out and the table is weak it shaking it doesn't have balance.

I called to let them know they gave me a ref BA ********** to send on this number ********** together with the picture and that was on the 29 October I did send what was required and got a text saying I need to contact the store did that but the lady told me they done on their side I need to deal with this no ********** going forward cause it shows that the table is in repairs yet the table is at home..

Can someone contact me urgently regarding this as I need it to be resolved we paid lot of money for us to have a table with doesn't have balance and paint pealing off in less then a year.
