Indulge Guesthouse in Swakopmund - we made a reservation through booking.com - then the property phoned us and advise that we pay them directly (invoice 2151 dated 3 Mar 20 -we would have stayed there 10-12 April ) - which our Tour leader ( V Arangies ) did and the next day Booking.com debit the same amount as well - due to the national lockdown we had to cancel our trip - al the other properties refunded us but Indulge on our first enquiry told us he'll have a look into it - as he had been paid twice -then he said he cannot pay us back and as from there on he ignores our calls as well as e mails. In the meantime he is listed on facebook as well as booking.com but refuse to refund us - we would like others to know about his ********* behaviour and urge others to be very cautious to reserve any bookings at his Guesthouse !
