Poor customer relations and return policy.

I went into Ithe SFB ndulge this morning to return a 900g loaf of Ciabata bread which had gone mouldy very quickly. We purchased the loaf on Wed and by Thurs it was starting to mould. We are regular customers and this has never happened before- the rapid growth can only be from a contaminated batch of flour or poor hygiene habits. The loaf was stored in a cool, dry place, and out of the sun. I requested a replacement, which was denied by the manager. All the labeling was still on the pack. .... It's worthwhile noting that the quality of the bread itself has deteriorated. The product of late has had more of a crumbly, dry texture, rather than being moist and elastic..... Otherwise, the store is quite good for dairy products.
