Refusal to return product

i purchase the induction cooker at the EL show. When i tried to use it a few weeks on, it would not work. I contacted the seller and I was told that i have steel saucepans and not 18/10 stainless steel which they claim will work on the cooker. I do have the correct equipment, but was not told that i will have to make sure that mine is magnetic enough and that i only have 7 days to return the product. This is misleading information and the way that I have been treated is not acceptable. The company takes no responsibility for misleading information during the demonstration and selling of this product. I telephoned the PE office and they were suppose to phone me back. Still awaiting a response. Instead they forwarded my email to the sales person and do not take these issues up themselves. They refuse to take it back and refund my money. It is unacceptable.<br>
