Unapproved debit.

I had called and enquired about taking out a cellphone contract with Phone finder (Indreamrewards), I was asked all my particulars to verify who I was, and a credit check was done. The next I was transferred to some one else and was told I should just reply with yes, I did and one of the questions was to verify my bank account number. However the call discounted due my working hours the sale was not completed, up until they were able to finally get ahold of my. But on that last call I spoke with a gentle man, and I said to him I no longer need their service and wish to cancel, of which he said alright that I fine. But when I asked him is there no reference number to cancel, he said there was need cause these calls are recorded. The next thing I knew end of the month, 25 February 2024 I was debited R135, up until now.

The sad part is that I cant even reverse the money, on the other hand they don't have the decency to call me or even courier this phone of this value. They are debiting my account without permission monthly, I need this cancelled and want a refund. No one from the company bothers to even contact me.
