Debit order cancellation

I need help about debit order cancellation

I want to cancel debit from indream rewards. They said I was applying for a phone only to find out this debit is not about a phone. I called them to cancel debit order agent Lerato told me it was canceled but they still deducting from my bank account R135 and I want my money back.
