Bull**** customer service

I joined with this company 2months ago but I can't access the benefits even though they debit & when you call the receptionist/agents are so rude they don't even listen to you. This morning I called in trying to fix my login details but the witch I spoke to decided to cancel my subscription without my consent which I didn't ask for.
