INDONI Lifestyle Salon does not value clients

I have have been getting my dreadlocks done up at INDONI for over 16 years and the in the last 5 years the service has deteriorated tremendously. Clients are not valued and are treated badly by the staff. The staff don’t care whether customers return or not and they will gladly show favouritism and not attend to clients in the order they have come.

They will out rightly refuse to your hair if they don’t feel like it half way through your treat and you will be at their mercy for when your hair is completed.

I would not recommend for anyone to support this business because you will regret it. There plenty of dreadlocks hair salons in Cape Town ASANA BEAUTY on Instagram.
