Damaged Peugeot 207

On this Night i was parked outside at the East london King David hotel when reception called me out to tell me my car had been crashed into by a Huge Truck.The driver was a parking space away from my car and in his response said he didnt see my car.we went to Fleet street police station and took down all details and he then gave me the number for his Boss Mr Muaaz ***.i don't have an insurance because the one i wanted to take said i should wait for my licence to be a year old.Mr Muaaz then gave me the number for their insurance FNB ***.I have been liaising with all in connection with my car ,sent them quotations as per their request and they still haven't paid for my car.Im driving it with the drivers side door smashed with no mirror.Can you please help to expose these *********...and im going to call them that because they ppromised to fix my car and they havent.The case no is 100/01/2015 and the ref no that their insurance gave me isND*** please help me
